With 25 years of trade experience, Eric Kite is well-versed as a Steam Mechanic at Building Maintenance Services (BMS). Before joining the Facilities Management (FM) team two years ago, Eric worked with UC Davis as a contractor. Upon meeting the folks at FM, he knew he wanted to work here!
Yasmin Aspiras, Lab Manager of the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), has been with UC Davis Facilities Management (FM) since last spring and is already an asset to Utilities!
Chad Brown has been working for UC Davis for just over 21 years. Currently, he is Operations Manager for the Operations and Event Management/Student Affairs team. Chad works with two other managers to maintain operations, custodial, and grounds services for fifteen buildings that fall under the Student Affairs Organization here at UC Davis. He also manages key control and door access systems for all fifteen buildings.
Alain Javier is the Facilities Manager and Department Safety Coordinator for the UC Davis Libraries on both the main campus and the Medical Library in Sacramento. Alain started his journey with UC Davis as a senior building maintenance worker, then was promoted several years ago to the Library Facilities Manager. He heard about how great UC Davis was to work for when his previous company sent him to a safety training.
